A coordinated kitchen and bath update

  • Completed July 2026
  • Permit final passed

This project moved from a full demolition through finish work and final inspection, with the kitchen and bathroom sequenced together as one coordinated update.

Demolition & rough work

  • Removal of existing cabinets, shower, toilet, vanity and drywall
  • Plumbing and electrical modifications
  • Framing re-supported as needed
  • Breakfast bar removed

Bathroom

  • Shower waterproofing with a successful pan test
  • Shower tile installation, grout and caulk
  • Vanity, toilet and bathroom flooring
  • Bathroom fan, lights, outlets, grab bar and bench

Kitchen

  • Kitchen drywall and painting
  • Base cabinets, cabinet installation and trim

Finish & closeout

BATHROOM FLOORING & TILE REPAIRS

New floors across two bathrooms and two closets

A focused flooring and tile repair project, not a full bathroom remodel. Existing floor materials were removed down to the concrete, the slab was prepared, and new customer-selected tile was installed, with targeted plumbing and drywall work to finish the job.

  • Removal of existing floor materials in two bathrooms and two closets
  • Concrete scraping, cleaning, patching and prep
  • New customer-selected tile floors
  • Wall tile replacement in the second bath

Fixtures & repairs

  • Two new Kohler Highline Arc elongated chair-height toilets
  • New supply lines and a customer-supplied closet flange
  • Drywall repair at four plumbing openings
  • Jobsite protection, debris removal and cleanup
