01 / KITCHEN REMODELING

Layouts, cabinetry and finishes

A kitchen needs to work for cooking, storage and the people who gather there. Screws & Glues Remodeling helps with practical layouts, cabinetry, finishes and coordinated installation. Professional design and renderings help you see the possibilities before construction begins.

Think about what you want to change: cabinet storage, the layout of a work area, or the relationship between the kitchen and adjoining rooms. These priorities give the planning conversation a useful starting point.

02 / KITCHEN REMODELING

From scope to coordinated construction

We discuss goals, priorities, style and budget, then work through scope, selections, design needs and pricing before construction begins. Cabinetry, countertops and finish choices are considered together so the details support the same plan.

Our completed Tampa kitchen and bath project included demolition, plumbing and electrical modifications, kitchen drywall and painting, cabinet installation, trim and countertops. The breakfast bar was removed as part of that project. Each home needs its own scope; the completed work is an example to discuss, rather than a package of services every kitchen requires.

Start with the way you use your kitchen

Tell us where the kitchen is, what currently works and what feels awkward. Photos of the existing space and notes about storage, surfaces and layout can help explain your priorities.

During a project, JobTread keeps communication, photos, selections, approvals and documents organized. See the kitchen portfolio and Tampa case study for examples of completed work.
